December, BGR Pump House Construction Finished

The BGR Pump House construction on Jalan Bukit Gading Raya, Kelapa Gading Barat Village, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta is targeted for completion in December.

"We've have spent Rp 21 billion to realize it and has been ongoing since the end of July," said Head of the North Jakarta Water Resources Sub-Office, Adrian Mara Maulana, Monday (8/5).

Pump House is Being Built to Support RO System

Its construction includes deepening the flow of BGR length of storage up to four meters. Even the two bridges in front of the POMAL Headquarters will also be demolished.

Instead, two bridges will be developed using six 2.5-meter box culverts. Three of them will be stacked in two and at the top will be casted and equipped with pedestrians and fences.

At the pump house, there will be two pumps measuring 2,000 liters per second and a mud pump measuring 250 liters per second.

"We are currentl y focusing on deepening by sending two amphibious excavators and one long arm excavator," he said.
