Until Today, JSC Opens CRM and Jak Lingko Information Booth at West Jakarta Mayor Office

Jakarta Smart City (JSC) of Jakarta Communication Information and Statistic (Kominfotik) Department opens information booth on the Ground Floor of Building B, West Jakarta Mayor Office for two days, on August 22-23.

Residents now can report through social media or our integrated complaint service that will be followed up by related SKPDs

In this booth, West Jakarta Kominfotik Sub-department's Communication and Public Information Section Head, Ignatius Widodo stated, JSC personnel socializes Jakarta Government's programs such as mass transport service Jak Lingko and 12 citizen complaint channels in CRM.

"Residents now can report through social media or our integrated complaint service that will be followed up by related SKPDs," he informed, Thursday (8/22).

According to him, civil apparatuses (ASN) can gain more information about CRM application and how to use it properly thus they can provide accurate and quick response to all the complaints.

One of West Jakarta Library and Archive Sub-Department staffs mentioned, CRM application facilitate his side in optimizing library services.

"Residents inputs from complaint channel encourage us to improve our library service," he added.
