North Jakarta Administration finally canceled the plan of Kapuk Muara and Kelapagading Barat urban village offices total renovation which had been inserted in the 2014 City Budget (APBD). The renovation is canceled because the implementation target that requires 120 days of construction time is predicted hard to be realized.
The renovation of Kapuk Muara and Kelapagading Barat urban village offices is postponed until next year
“The renovation of Kapuk Muara and Kelapagading Barat urban village offices is postponed until next year. Even until now the deletion of the tender has not been realized,” stated North Jakarta Administration Governmental System Division, Nana Hadiatna, Tuesday (9/2).
The deletion Hadiatna meant is the demolition of old buildings before new buildings rebuilt on the same lands. The only project confirmed to be done this year is the construction of Koja Urban Village office in Sindang Flat complex.
Urban Village Office Renovation Must Wait for Tender“The location is at the yard of Sindang Flat complex. From existing 3,200-square meter land, 1,500-square meter of it will be utilized for Koja Urban Village office,” he uttered.
For information, from 31 urban village offices and 6 sub-district offices in North Jakarta, the condition of four offices is unworthy. Besides the buildings are old and not big enough, they are also often inundated during tidal flood and rainy seasons. Those four unworthy buildings are Koja Urban Village office, Kapuk Muara Urban Village office, Kelapagading Barat Urban Village office, and Kelapagading Sub-District office.
