Bank DKI Distributes 7,137 Jakarta Disability Cards

Bank DKI distributed 7,137 of total 14,000 Jakarta Disability Card (KPDJ) with help from Social Department.

Bank DKI Secretary, Herry Djufraini conveyed, KPDJ cardholders are facilitated to get social assistance, free Transjakarta bus ride, and receive subsidized food prices at Jakgrosir.

"They can also shop their daily necessities at cheap prices using Bank DKI ATM debit card," he added, Thursday (8/29).

KPDJ is distributed to help disabled citizens to fulfil their needs, facilitate them to access basic service reasonably and improve their welfare.

"We remind all Bank DKI customers who don't have legal capacity to carry out banking transaction to be assisted by people who are authorized, in this case they should bring the power of attorney authorization letter and KTP (ID card). While for KPDJ cardholders who are under age can be represented by their parents or guardians by bringing family card and birth certificate," he explained.

According to him, KPDJ cardholder or people who get an authority to act on cardholder's behalf, are suggested to withdraw cash from Bank DKI ATM because they would be charged if they withdraw it from other bank ATM machines.
