Meeting Orphans, Anies and His Wife Go Cycling to Lagoon Beach

This morning around 8:09 AM, Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan and his wife, Fery Farhati and other government officials departed from Putri Duyung Resort met hundreds orphans at Lagoon Beach, Ancol, North Jakarta by cycling.

Hundred orphans welcomed them with smile on their face when Anies and others arrived at Lagoon Beach. On the location, Anies also greeted and chatted with them.

"I'm very grateful to have a chance to meet Mr. Anies. He is nice and friendly. He encourages me to study well and achieve my dreams," said Eko, one of the orphans, Saturday (9/14).

There were also Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah; North Jakarta Mayor, Sigit Widjatmoko; and other department heads attended this event.
