South Jakarta Holds Free Vaccination for Animals Until October 3She explained, rabies vaccination is given based on Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 11/1995 and Governor Regulation (Pergub) No. 199/2016 about Controling Animal That Can Transmit Rabies.
According to him, vaccination is also done to ensure South Jakarta to be free from rabies and protect the residents from zoonotic disease, especially animals.
"Since 2004, Jakarta is known as a rabies-free region," she mentioned.
