Jakarta Achieved Four Awards from Manpower Development Index 2019

Jakarta Provincial Government achieved four awards from Manpower Development Index 2019 as an appreciation for local government's hard work in developing manpower in each regions.
I convey my appreciation to all apparatuses, especially Manpower and Transmigration Department
Those awards were handed over by Manpower Minister, M. Hanif Dhakiri at Bidakara Hotel, South Jakarta, Monday (10/14).
Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan attended in this event as representative of Jakarta Government who receive the awards.
Unemployment Rate in Jakarta DeclinesThose awards are the Second Place for Manpower Development Index based on intensity and workload of Regional Government in Manpower Sector of Moderate Category; the Best Manpower Development Index for Main Indicator of Population and Manpower; the Best Manpower Development Index for Main Indicator of Manpower Social Security.
Anies mentioned, those awards can be achieved due to hard work of all apparatuses, especially Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration for its innovations thus Jakarta can get awards from Manpower Ministry of Indonesia.
"I convey my appreciation to all apparatuses, especially Manpower and Transmigration Department for their hard work in making innovations and achieving all main indicators from this award," he stated as quoted from Jakarta PPID Press Conference.
He reminds all apparatuses to use those awards as their commitment to continue making innovations in manpower sector in Jakarta.
"I feel proud with all of your hard work and let us maintain this achievement (by continuing to innovate) thus our performance can be better in the future," he stated.
Meanwhile, Manpower Minister, M. Hanif Dhakiri stated, this award is given to show Central Government's appreciation to Local Government that can manage their manpower.
"Manpower Index is a measure to assess local government's success in leading their region and how they provide job opportunities and manage their manpower," he explained.
