Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD) Member Muhammad Thamrin appreciated the development of Cultural Spot 3 under the Pasar Rebo Flyover, Susukan Urban Village, Ciracas, East Jakarta.
This Cultural Spot 3 is equipped with supporting facilities, such as skatepark, toilet, mushola (small mosque) , children's playground, as well as the zone for small and medium enterprises (UKM).
West Jakarta Develops Cultural Spot in KembanganHe said the public facilities construction is the Jakarta Provincial Government's latest breakthrough as an additional third space for citizens, especially millennials.
"We really appreciate, as the millennial generation in the region can meet with each other to enliven the city with various positive activities," he expressed, Tuesday (10/22).
He assessed the Pasar Rebo Flyover was chosen in a bid to minimize the potential of social vulnerability in the region.
"This has become something that we need to make citizens more secure," he explained
Currently, people in Ciracas area have been waiting for the completion of the planned international skate park
"This was realized on the people's aspirations. Moreover they also wanted to see the inauguration directly by the Governor," he stated.
