The Jakarta Information Commission (KI) team is conducting a series of information service evaluation visitations of the Acting Information and Documentation Officer (PPID) in 28 public bodies. It has been ongoing since October 11 to 25.

The visitation final results will enter the assessment stage by the end of this month and will be continued with the ranking in mid-November

Those 28 public bodies are from regional working units (SKPD) and regional-owned enterprises (BUMD). Moreover this is the first time that the ranking has also involved the assessment of a general hospital (RSUD).

Jakarta KI Institutional Affairs Chairman and also the person in charge of Evaluation Monitoring, Wa Ode Asmawati said there are three hospitals that returned the self-assessment questionnaire (SAQ) namely, Tarakan, Pasar Rebo and Pasar Minggu hospitals.

"Despite the level of participation is still unoptimal, it is a good start for the performance of each hospital to increase the capacity of information services according to the mandate of Law number 14/2008 on Public Information Openness," he expressed, Tuesday (10/22).

She explains visitation is only done to public bodies that have met the best score from SAQ collection for verification.

"The visitation final results will enter the assessment stage by the end of this month and will be continued with the ranking in mid-November," he explained.

It aims to see the real conditions according to SAQ that is done from each SKPD, BUMD and RSUD.

"We are pleased, the leaders of the public bodies who were met during the visitation welcomed the team's arrival from the Information Commission," he uttered.
