Mud Dredging Carried Out on Jalan Rawa Sari Barat's Channel Completed

Cempaka Putih Sub-district Water Resources (SDA) Unit, Central Jakarta has completed channel dredging carried out on Jalan Rawa Sari Barat, Cempaka Putih Timur Urban Village, Tuesday (10/29).

This mud dredging is started from October 1, 2019 and finished today as long as 172 meters

Cempaka Putih Sub-district SDA Unit Head, Bandi explained, this mud dredging is done to follow up resident's proposal through Development Planning Forum (Musrenbang).

"This mud dredging is started from October 1, 2019 and finished today as long as 172 meters," he informed.

Mud Dredging on Jalan Belibis PHB Channel Being Accelerated

According to him, his side has collected 30.96 cubic meters of mud sedimentation from the channel in order to increase its capacity.

"Besides dredging mud sedimentation, we also repair the channel's cover," he added.

His side also dredged other channels in five different locations. Those are channels on Jalan Percetakan Negara as long as 113 meters, Jalan Murdai I as long as 100 meters, Jalan Pramuka Sari I as long as 56 meters, and Jalan Cempaka Putih Barat XXVI as long as 43 meters.

"We have completed all dredging work. Hopefully Cempaka Putih Sub-district will be free from inundation during the rain season," he said.
