Jakarta Provincial Government through Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) will improve their monitoring, listing, and checking proposal components submitted by SKPD in compiling City Budget (APBD) 2020.

But, we must admitted, there are some SKPDs that input incompatible components

Jakarta Bappeda Head, Sri Mahendra Satria Wirawan said, its process is not yet at input components.

"But, we must admitted, there are some SKPDs that input incompatible components. We are aware that monitoring should be done thoroughly, as well as in SKPD," he conveyed as quoted from Jakarta PPID press conference, Wednesday (10/30).

He informed, SKPD has started to input detail of their proposals at e-budgeting from the fourth week of March until first week of July 2019. But since e-budgeting system requires SKPD to input component first as the price maker, it makes some proposals don't have component.

"Bappeda is aware that there is dummy component inside the planning document. If the components are not arranged, then ceiling budget of the proposals will not appear. When the e-component do not appear, SKPD officers make a 'way' thus the proposal can be displayed. But now it is still under maintenance. All this time, SKPD also suggests component together with BPAD and BPKD," he explained.

Budget component listing and checking will also be improved and deadline to review it with Jakarta DPRD is on November 30, 2019.

For information, Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan has instructed all SKPDs to re-checking it. This instruction has been conveyed twice in October, on October 9 and 23, 2019.
