In this chance, West Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-department visited Naswi (81), disabled old man who lives on Jalan Galunggung Blok C RT 09/10, Cengkareng Timur, West Jakarta.
West Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-department Head, Rosyik Muhammad explained, this door-to-door service is done after his side received information from local RT/RW heads about disabled resident that needs adminduk service.

Not only visiting disabled residents, his side also opens adminduk service routinely in RW Secretariat Offices to approach the residents.
"So, if you find your neighbors are unable to leave due to physical limitations, you can report to RT/RW or other neighbors. We will deploy our personnel to visit them," he asserted.
