Commission D Appreciates Sidewalk Arrangement Program

Jakarta Commission D Chairwoman, Ida Mahmudah appreciates sidewalk arrangement concept, which is done by Bina Marga Department after surveying the arrangement process along Jalan Cikini Raya, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (11/12).

Her party wants them to always coordinate with Satpol PP and Transport Department to maintain the sidewalk condition after arrangement and to prevent it from being used as illegal parking lot and illegal street vendors.

Commission D Reviews Further SKPDs Proposals in Development Sector

"Sidewalk arrangement has a concept to provide a safe and comfort space for pedestrian," she mentioned.

In the location, Commission D surveys the sidewalk arrangement process from in front of Menteng Huis shopping center up to Cikini Station.

"We hope trees here are maintained. They must also socialize this project to the public," she explained.
