The E-Solution to Integrated ABK Service Problems (E-Simpati) application pioneered by Jagakarsa RSUD, South Jakarta since 2018 has benefited a lot, especially for the companions of Children with Special Needs (ABK) in the local sub-district.

Jagakarsa RSUD Specialist Poly Psychologist Kusumastuti Dyah added therapeutic treatment for each ABK is different. Therefore it needs the role of parents and school teachers in providing appropriate learning that is able to support the development of ABK.

Teddi, one of parents who have a child with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) admitted he must struggle with the long queues before the E-Simpati app exists.
"But now, with this app, I can process check visits quickly and easily," he stated.
