Jakarta Provincial Government through Legal Bureau proposed 31 regulation drafts (Raperda) in 2020 Regional Regulation Formation Program (Propemperda).

16 prioritized and mandatory Raperda are decided based on a joint agreement between executive and legislature

Jakarta Legal Bureau Head, Yayan Yuhanah explained, 16 of total 31 regulation drafts proposed are the mandatory proposals and will be prioritized to be reviewed by council (DPRD).

"16 prioritized and mandatory Raperda are decided based on a joint agreement between executive and legislature," he said, Monday (11/18).

4 of 16 prioritized Raperda are mandatory Raperda that related to amendment and accountability of 2019, 2020, and 2021 budgets.

Meanwhile, 12 priority Raperda are the remains of 18 Raperda in 2019 that haven't been discussed yet. One of those Raperda is related to No Smoking Area (KDM).

"This Raperda is related to the laws and regulations applicable to it," he mentioned.
