City Proposes 31 Regulation Drafts in 2020 Propemperda

Jakarta Provincial Government through Legal Bureau proposed 31 regulation drafts (Raperda) in 2020 Regional Regulation Formation Program (Propemperda).

Jakarta Legal Bureau Head, Yayan Yuhanah explained, 16 of total 31 regulation drafts proposed are the mandatory proposals and will be prioritized to be reviewed by council (DPRD).

Bapemperda to Soon Discuss Propemperda 20204 of 16 prioritized Raperda are mandatory Raperda that related to amendment and accountability of 2019, 2020, and 2021 budgets.
Meanwhile, 12 priority Raperda are the remains of 18 Raperda in 2019 that haven't been discussed yet. One of those Raperda is related to No Smoking Area (KDM).
"This Raperda is related to the laws and regulations applicable to it," he mentioned.
