Bank DKI Secretary, Herry Djufraini mentioned, cashless transaction is implemented to facilitate customers in taking public transportation without need to prepare the cash as well as to realize a less cash society.
"Over time, Bank DKI realizes that Jakartans need a fast and practical service such as JakCard and JakLingko products," he stated, Monday (11/25).
Anies Uses MRT-Transjakarta Bus at HI RoundaboutJakCard and JakLingko, he continued, are used as a payment instrument for riding Transjakarta bus including Microtrans, MRT, Soekarno-Hatta Airport Train Railink, and LRT.
"Customers can top up JakCard and JakLingko anywhere and anytime, such as through JakOne Mobile Near Field Communication (NFC)," he informed.
In order to top up through NFC method, he explained, card users can choose 'top up JakCard' in the menu and select 'check or update balance'. Then put the JakCard on the back side of their smartphone that has been equipped with NFC feature.
"JakCard can be also used as a payment instrument to pay entrance ticket of various tourist destinations in Jakarta such as Monas, Ragunan Zoo, Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, then also Fatahillah Museum, Fine Arts and Ceramics Museum in Kota Tua," he explained.
