West Jakarta Parks Sub-Department managed to secure two couples of teenagers who want to conduct the nasty and four other teenagers who were partying liquor in Cattleya Park, Kemanggisan, West Jakarta, Monday (9/15) night.

I also received a report from the park's janitors, they often found contraceptives in the toilet

To prevent the same case, Parks Sub-Department will add more street lights and tighten monitoring around the park. 

Head of West Jakarta Parks Sub-Department, Sulis admitted that several parks in West Jakarta are often used as dating and hang out place by teenagers at night.

"One of them is Cattleya Park," she expressed, Tuesday (9/16).

Generally, she uttered, teenagers usually look for a dark location for dating. It happens because of the lack of lighting in the park. "I also received a report from the park's janitors, they often found contraceptives in the toilet," she told
