BPBD: Several Sluice Gates at Alert IV Status This Friday Morning

We expect citizens to remain vigilant and be careful wherever they are

The Regional Disaster Mitigation Agency (BPBD) announces the latest information on water levels at several sluice gates in the capital and its surrounding areas.

Up to 6 PM, water levels at a number of gates have generally receded and are at alert IV status.

This Afternoon, Angke Hulu Sluice Gate is in Alert 1 Status

"Those gates are Katulampa with 40 cm high, Depok with 140 cm high and Manggarai with 750 cm high," expressed Jakarta BPBD Head, Subejo, Thursday (1/2).

There are also Karet with 450 cm high, Krukut Hulu with 60 cm high and Pesanggrahan with 100 cm high, Pluit Dam with 155 cm high, Cipinang Hulu with 100 cm high, Sunter Hulu with 80 cm high and Pulogadung with 360 cm high.

"We expect citizens to remain vigilant and be careful wherever they are," he hoped.
