Post-Flood Cleanup Action, 378 Tons of Waste Transported From North Jakarta

More than 378 tons of waste transported through post-flood cleanup action that was held simultaneously in North Jakarta on Sunday (1/5). This action involved hundreds personnel, local residents, and communities.

We have transported total 378.4 tons of waste or 1,025.7 cubic meters of waste

North Jakarta Environment Sub-department Head, Slamet Riyadi explained, those amount of waste were collected from 6 sub-districts in North Jakarta.

"We have transported total 378.4 tons of waste or 1,025.7 cubic meters of waste," he stated, Monday (1/6).

According to him, most waste are taken from Penjaringan Sub-district with total 500 cubic meters of waste. Then the second is Cilincing Sub-district with 266 cubic meters of wasate, Kelapa Gading Sub-district with 144 cubic meters of waste, Tanjung Priok Sub-district with 58.2 cubic meters of waste, Koja Sub-district with 29 cubic meters of waste, and Pademangan Sub-district with 28.5 cubic meters of waste.

"Yesterday, we deployed 1,000 personnel to carry out post-flood cleanup action," he mentioned.
