Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Department Head, Juaini Yusuf informed, 450 of 478 pumps in Jakarta are in great condition and ready to operate.
We will ensure to handle inundation and flood optimally
According to him, the other 28 pumps are not working and currently being repaired thus water draining can be run optimally when flood or inundation occurs again in the future.
"450 pumps are still in great condition and ready to operate. We will ensure to handle inundation and flood optimally. It means, we will carry out other evaluations regarding our work," he mentioned, Monday (1/13).
