South Jakarta Sudinhub Socializes JakLingko Drivers How to Drive Safely

South Jakarta Transportation Sub-department (Sudinhub) officers socialized JakLingko public minivan drivers how to drive safely. This socialization was carried out under Lebak Bulus MRT Station, Jalan Pasar Jumat, Cilandak, Tuesday (1/14).

We educate the drivers to be orderly in traffic and provide the best service for customers

South Jakarta Sudinhub Head, Budi Setiawan mentioned, his side received complaints from the customers about JakLingko driver who is not good at driving.

"Many customers complain about JakLingko drivers who are driving recklessly. So, we educate the drivers to be orderly in traffic and provide the best service for customers," he explained.

Starting February 1, All Transjakarta Bus Passengers Required to Tap in and Tap Out

His side uses door-to-door scheme by socializing 10 drivers who were waiting for passengers under Lebak Bulus MRT Station.

Through this socialization, he hopes JakLingko, which is a part of integrated transportation modes, can give the best service for citizens.

Meanwhile, South Jakarta Sudinhub's Road Vehicle Section Head, Achdin mentioned, his side will continue to socialize drivers thus they can be orderly in traffic. Moreover, his side will also intensify monitoring JakLingko fleets and its drivers.

"Thus JakLingko drivers become aware that their job is to carry public transport in an orderly, safe and secure manner. Hopefully, there will be no similar complaint from the customers in the future," he said.
