I gave them general direction about steps to prepare the financial statement
"I gave them general direction about steps to prepare the financial statement. Because starting March 13, 2020, we should submit it to BPK and kick off on January 27, 2020," said Anies as quoted from Jakarta PPID Press Conference.
He emphasized the importance of solving the asset problems that were recorded and reported by BPK.
City Wins Award for WTP Audit Grade for 2 Consecutive Years"First is overcoming assets problems. Many recordings of city assets that haven't been completed for decades. Some of them are related to administrative issues. It should be solved first. Our financial statements in current year is 2019 (while for 2018, Insya Allah, safe). But our main task is to finish these problematic assets," he asserted.
He targets 2019 LKPD to achieve Unqualified Opinion (WTP) report as achieved on the last two years in a row (Financial Year 2017 and 2018). He assessed, it is important to maintain WTP predicate because it gives an impact to Regional Performance Allowances (TKD) for all civil apparatuses.
"I will make LKPD result to connect with TKD of all staffs, thus its consequence will be a burden for all staffs, not only for leader," he added.
Next, he also suggested all OPD apparatuses to form special team to accelerate their work on LKPD because this year's deadline for completing LKPD is earlier than the previous year.
"If possible, form a team that you think competent to finish LKPD faster. Thus we just carry it out and I remind all apparatuses to work all out in maintaining WTP predicate, while for SKPD who recently transfered, they should complete the task," he stated.
