In addition, two water cannon vehicles are also put on standby on DPRD building yard.

“545 personnel are deployed. They are from Sabhara quick response unit 200 men, Brimob mobile brigade unit 160 men, Central Jakarta Resort Police 100 men, and the rests are joint personnel from sector police,” stated Central Jakarta Resort Police Deputy Chief AKBP Umar S Fana.

According to Fana, these personnel are deployed to anticipate clash. The officers are spread to some corners, but most of them standby in front of DPRD building gate. They are also equipped with helmets and shields.
