North Jakarta Resort Police has burned 70 kilograms of marijuana worth Rp 350 million on the yard of North Jakarta Resort Police Headquarter. The marijuana is evidence of the suspect's initials NS, YMS, AG, Gr and J who were arrested in North Jakarta.
Chief of Drug Unit for North Jakarta Resort Police, Adj. Sr. Cmr. Apollo Sinambela disclosed those suspects are a syndicate of Aceh where they arrested in separate place.

He stated the suspects often operate in Jakarta, Banten, and Bandung, and send drug via package. "Allegedly, they are controlled by someone in and outside the jail. As many as two drug dealers are currently still being hunted by police," he told.
The suspects will be charged under Law No. 35/2009 Article 111 junto Article 113 with a maximum of death penalty.
