2,403 Hygiene Packages Distiributed at Dukuh Atas MRT Station

PT. MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) distributed 2,403 hygiene packages consisting of face mask and hand sanitizer to passengers at Dukuh Atas MRT Station area. It was especially given to people who still have to work outside their home.

We will distribute the packages for three days, from March 30 to April 1, 2020

PT. MRT Jakarta Corporate Secretary Division Head, Muhamad Kamaluddin stated, his side cooperated with Bank DKI and Wings Peduli Kasih Foundation as a concern for coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.

"We will distribute the packages for three days, from March 30 to April 1, 2020. We will distribute total 2,403 hygiene packages that consist of face mask and hand sanitizer," he informed, Tuesday (3/31).

COVID-19, MRT Imposes Headway Time up to 20 Minutes

According to him, this activity was a part of one-year celebration of the operation of PT. MRT Jakarta. He hopes this positive activity can support citizens in fighting against COVID-19.

"Through #JakartaPastiBisa campaign, PT. MRT Jakarta wants to encourage citizens to participate in preventing the spread of COVID-19. Starting from maintaining personal hygiene by washing hands often and wearing mask when sick or in bad condition," he conveyed.

Meanwhile, NUVO (Wings Group) Brand Manager, Merry Christanti added, her side will continue to educate people about the importance of Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS).

"One of them is to educate people to wash their hand frequently as a way to prevent the spread of virus and germ," she closed.
