Thousand Islands Regent Calls for Physical Distancing to Citizens

It aims to protect green zones in Thousand Islands

Thousand Island Regent Husein Murad revealed its citizens must orderly follow the local urban village and sub-district's instruction in an effort to prevent the spread of the COVID-19. That is by conducting physical distancing and not leaving the house.

"It aims to protect green zones in Thousand Islands," he expressed, during a coordination meeting with Thousand Islands COVID-19 team at Mitra Praja Office, Friday (4/3).

Business Owners are Called to Implement Physical Distancing

Similar statement also came out from South Thousand Islands Sub-district Head Angga Saputra.

"This instruction is intended for people living on Tidung, Untung and Pari islands not to panic. Stay home, reduce any activities outside the house, wash hands with soap and do physical distancing," he stated.
