Commission C Proposes Performance Allowance Budget to Help the Needy

This plan is not final, but we agree and are willing to inject the funds to the needy

Jakarta Legislative Council (DPRD)'s Commission C Vice Chairman Rasyidi HY, made a proposal containing the performance allowance budget for board members by Rp 2 trillion is allocated for handling COVID-19.

According to him, the budget was allocated from the work visit (kunker) and bylaw socialization (sosper) of all board members.

"This idea is very appropriate, as the two council activities did not run during large-scale social restrictions (PSBB)," he expressed, Friday (4/24).

He went on to say that a budget of around Rp 2 trillion would be very optimal if diverted to reduce the economic burden on citizens affected by PSBB.

This aid could also be optimized for casual daily workers (PHL) and laid-off workers (PHK).

"This plan is not final, but we agree and are willing to inject the funds to the needy," he concluded.
