Jakarta Provincial Government together with PT MRT Jakarta and PT Kereta Api Indonesia have completed the arrangement of the Juanda, Senen, Tanah Abang and Sudirman stations. And now they are staring at a gradual trial.

Jakarta Transportation Agency Head Syafrin Liputo disclosed the first trial had been carried out in Juanda Station area on March 11, followed by Tanah Abang Station on Tuesday (6/2), Pasar Senen Station on Wednesday (6/3) and Sudirman Station on Thursday (6/5).
"This trial was actually slated at 8 AM but technically transport operations have begun to be re-routed since 6 AM. We also had socialized it to the public transport drivers around Tanah Abang Station and public transport operators, including passengers," he expressed, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release, Tuesday (6/2).

"Additionally, traffic management and engineering is done thus traffic around the station is smoother. So, the advantage of arranging the station area, especially at Tanah Abang Station is integration whereby picking up and dropping off passengers are done inside the station in a bid to avoid traffic problems," he explained.
In order to monitor the trial, his side involved 15 personnel of Satpol PP and 35 personnel of Transportation Agency.
As for the information, this project is the first step towards the realization of an integrated transportation arrangement between the city government and the central government. It is conducted by promoting the aspects of safety, security and comfort of the community in transportation.
Some of the facilities provided are pick-up and drop-off passengers area for online motorcycle, temporary parking area for ojek pangkalan (unofficial motorcycle taxi), temporary shelter for bajaj, pedestrian plaza for pedestrian, Transjakarta bus stop and transit equipment.
