The Jakarta Provincial Government has made adjustments to working hours for the state civil apparatus (ASN) work during the transitional large-scale social restriction (PSBB).

He explained working hours at the office is at least 7.5 hours per day with provisions on attendance based on the schedule of coming to the office and returning to home every Monday to Thursday is divided into two shifts, from 7 AM to 3.30 PM and 9 AM to 5.30 PM.
“On Friday, we start from 7 AM to 4 PM and 9 AM to 6 PM,” he explained.
He added working at home apply to employees if they have a number of health conditions such as pregnancy, heart disease, diabetes, asthma and other serious.
“They must report work activities in the morning and evening to the boss, that is by attaching photos and inputting activities into the e-performance system on the same day,” he explained.
Yet it does not apply to employees in 13 public service sectors and those tasked with tackling COVID-19.
Those 13 sectors are Regional Revenue Agency, Regional Disaster Mitigation Agency, Health Agency, Parks and Urban Forest Agency, Transportation Agency, Environmental Agency, Social Agency, Fire and Rescue Agency, Investment and One-stop Integrated Service Agency, Population and Civil Registration Agency, Satpol PP, as well as ASN in sub-districts and urban villages.
“The boss must facilitate and ensure them to comply with health protocols for minimizing coronavirus spread in the workplace,” he said.
