North Jakarta will Limit Participants at Jakarta's 493th Anniversary Ceremony

North Jakarta Administration will limit number of participants in the Jakarta 493th Anniversary ceremony on Monday (6/22) up to 50 people.

It will be the first ceremony held during the COVID-19 pandemic

North Jakarta Administration and General Affairs Section Head, Win Bawar Gayo explained, in this ceremony, his side also require the participants to maintain physical distance, wear mask, and wash hands with soap.

"It will be the first ceremony held during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus we must comply with the health protocols," he asserted, Thursday (6/18).

Even though it is an official schedule, his side ensured for not inviting choir in this ceremony by considering the health aspects.

According to him, this ceremony is not only held at city level, but also at urban village and sub-district levels in their offices.

"Number of participants is only limited to 30 people," he closed.
