Worship House on Harapan Island Sprayed with Disinfectant

This is our effort to keep the mosque sterile from COVID-19 thus people can do worship safely and comfortably

Five firefighters serving under North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Fire and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency's Sector 7 are disinfecting the Nurul Bahri Mosque, RT 03/03 Sebira Island, Harapan Island Urban Village, North Thousand Islands.

North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Gulkarmat Sub-agency's Sector 7 Head Buang Miharja said the focus was on facilities and infrastructure, as well as the environment around the mosque.

"This is our effort to keep the mosque sterile from COVID-19 thus people can do worship safely and comfortably," he expressed.

Similar action was also focused on the office and area around the Sebira Island boat dock.

"To do it, we use 60 liters of disinfectant liquid," he closed.
