Central Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency's Rescue Team Head Jandes L Turnip said the action was conducted to stop the chain of coronavirus spread.

Thomas Market Caretaker Ari Siswoyo said the market was still closed, following the findings of two traders infected with COVID-19. Therefore, his side coordinated with the Gulkarmat Sub-agency to conduct disinfectant spray.

"It will be done in three days in a row.  We also always encourage traders and buyers to implement the COVID-19 preventive health protocol," he closed.
