Commission B Wants PT. Jakpro Inventory Its Assets

One of Jakarta Regional-owned Enterprises (BUMD), PT. Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) was suggested to inventory the assets to support its various strategic projects.

If they have clear data about their assets and administration, it will be easy to evaluate

It was suggested by Jakarta Council (DPRD) Commission B Secretary, Pandapotan Sinaga when holding meeting with PT. Jakpro at Jakarta DPRD Building, on Monday (7/13).

Through inventorying the assets, he assessed, Commission B can help PT. Jakpro by learning its condition and giving recommendation to run their strategic projects such as Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) construction and Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM) revitalization.

"We hope their development plans and ongoing projects such as JIS and TIM revitalization can be carried out well," he stated.

He informed that data collection on assets and ownership status reporting could add the regional revenue (PAD) and make it easier for BUMD in proposing for Regional Government Capital Participation (PMPD).

"If they have clear data about their assets and administration, it will be easy to evaluate. We don't want strategic projects to be hampered despite of pandemic," he asserted.
