At least 20 people have violated the transitional large-scale social restriction (PSBB) rules at Kedoya Market, Jalan Kedoya Pesing Raya, Kedoya Utara, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. They were subject to social sanctions and administrative fines.

Of 20 violators, 19 of them are subject to social work sanctions and another must pay a fine of Rp 250 thousand

Kedoya Utara Urban Village Satpol PP Head Erly said, although traders and visitors in the market had implemented health protocols, yet there were still some violators who do not use masks.

"Of 20 violators, 19 of them are subject to social work sanctions and another must pay a fine of Rp 250 thousand," he expressed, Wednesday (7/15).

He uttered it was done to enforce the Gubernatorial Regulation number 51/2020 on transitional PSBB towards a healthy, safe and productive community.

"We routinely patrol, especially in crowded places like market. In this operation, we have dispatched 24 personnel from sub-district, urban village, Transportation Sub-agency and Perumda Pasar Jaya," he said.
