Odd-even Traffic Policy Socialization is Applied Until August 5

Jakarta Transportation Agency together with Polda Metro Jaya Traffic Directorate is promoting the odd-even license plate policy to road users at the HI Roundabout, Jalan MH Thamrin, Central Jakarta, Sunday (8/2).

The policy itself is scheduled on August 3. But for the first three days, the police have not taken action, only socialization and verbal warning to the violators.

Odd-Even Traffic Policy will Be Reenacted Starting August 3

Jakarta Transportation Agency Head Syafrin Luputo said the traffic jam in Jakarta had begun to increase lately, even at some points had surpassed the volume of traffic prior to COVID-19 pandemic.
