10,057 Jakarta Civil Servants Filed for Promotion

He revealed that the first assessment test was done towards 88 echelon-II officials on October 8-10. "And we will hold another test to echelon-III officials tomorrow," he stated.

At this time, test schedule is still being made but he does not know how long the test will end. "We'll announce the schedule this noon and continued with test tomorrow," expressed Ismer.

He admitted, the test phase is still quite long. He also targets the new members could be done by the end of December. "Hopefully, we can finish all before the end of December this year," he said.
Those are competing for 6,434 formations. They who have registered to enroll several phases such tests, soft competency, writing papers, discussion group, psychological test and interview. In the test, the assessor will evaluate them from two dimensions, namely evaluation and promotion.
As for the assessment is done by calculating three dimensions, comprising competence, track record, and composition. It also provides an opportunity for staff who have more ability to be promoted as official. But it must comply with requirement, that is at least has class 3b.
