5,519 Masks Distributed to Pondok Bambu People

Its distribution is done door to door

Jakarta TP PKK, distributed as many as 5,519 cloth masks for free toward residents of Pondok Bambu Urban Village, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, on Wednesday (9/30).

Pondok Bambu Urban Village Head Angga Sastra Amidjaya said those masks distributed to 13 RWs in his region.

Of the 5,519 masks, 4,008 of them were for elderly and 1,511 were for people who have congenital or comorbid diseases.

"It is done to minimize the spread of coronavirus transmission and to protect people to stay healthy," he expressed, Wednesday (9/30).

RW 08 Pondok Bambu Chairman Elsye Pongoh added his party had received 352 masks and the rest were distributed in the afternoon.

"Its distribution is done door to door," he stated.
