Jakarta Bina Marga Agency Head, Hari Nugroho conveyed, construction progress reached 87 percent, while the initial plan was 86 percent. It means there was positive deviation about one percent.

This construction is focusing on finishing road work under the tunnel and installing ACP wall as facing wall thus the tunnel walls look beautiful.
After seeing the progress, he was optimistic that Senen Underpass Extension could be tested by the end of November 2020.
"We are optimistic that the construction can finish in December and be inaugurated in the end of December. At the end of November, we will test it for open traffic while fixing what we miss. In mid December, it will be ready for public use," he mentioned.
Moreover, his side is also restoring sidewalk and arranging drainage channels both above underpass and under the tunnel.
Also, other works that are on process such as underpass pump to remove rain water from tunnel, mechanical electrical work, and artistic lighting work both in tunnels, pedestrian bridges (JPO)s, and Transjakarta bus shelters.
"We still have to finish construction on JPOs which equipped with elevator at Pasar Senen JPO and JPO in front of Atrium, and repairing damaged roads due to project work using hot mix layer," he explained.
