On the first day of Bimtek, participants learnt about Healthy Food, Overnight Oatmeal Variations, Oatmeal Energy Ball Variations. Next, on the second day, participants learnt about Nasi Bali.

"There is also theory for calculating cost of goods sold (HPP) thus participants can calculate the economic value of their products," she said, Thursday (10/22).
According to her, this Bimtek is expected to increase participants' knowledge in making new variations of foods thus customers don't feel bored. This way, she assessed, Jakpreneurs can expand their market and develop their business.
"Jakpreneurs who have business in culinary need additional skills to develop their business. Not only presenting contemporary and familiar culinary delights in the community, but also healthy," she explained.
