JakCard Now Can Be Used to Pay Toll From Airport to JORR

Bank DKI improves its services to customers by facilitating its users to access Airport Toll to Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) using JakCard.

JakCard can be used on Jakarta-Tangerang toll road, Soedijatmo Toll, Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) E1, E2, E2, JORR W2S, and Pondok Aren-Ulujami Toll Road

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Herry Djufraini said, the latest Jakcard can be used for toll transactions on Jakarta-Tangerang toll road from October 23, 2020.

"JakCard can be used on Jakarta-Tangerang toll road, Soedijatmo Toll, Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) E1, E2, E2, JORR W2S, and Pondok Aren-Ulujami Toll Road which managed by Jasamarga Metropolitan Toll Road Regional Division. It becomes our commitment to expand JakCard's acceptance as micropayment instrument," he stated in written statement on Saturday (10/24).

Moreover, JakCard is also available for toll payment in 18 toll gates (GT)s along Jakarta-Tangerang Toll Road, 12 GTs on Soedijatmo Toll Road, 17 GTs on JORR Toll Road E1, E2 and E3, 6 GTs on JORR W2S and Pondok Aren-Ulujami Toll Road, 15 GTs JORR Toll Road, 7 GTs JORR W1, and 9 GTs JORR W2U. Previously, JakCard has been available to enter Inner City Toll Gates (Cawang-Tomang-Pluit) such as Cililitan, Halim, Cawang, Tebet 1 & 2, Kuningan 1 & 2, Semanggi 1 & 2, Senayan, Pejompongan, Slipi 1 & 2, Jelambar 1 & 2, Tanjung Duren, Tomang, and Angke 1 & 2 since August 17, 2020.

"Bank DKI's JakCard and JakLingko cardholders who want to top-up their balance, just need to do it via JakOne Mobile on smartphones which equipped with Near Field Communication (NFC) feature, by login to JakOne Mobile app on smartphone device," he explained.

Next, he continued, select JakCard top-up option, put JakCard on the back of smartphone and tap 'place the card' option. Select top-up nominal and source of funds from JakOne Pay electronic money or saving account. Other way, people can top-up their JakCard and JakLingko using GoPay balance via JakOne Mobile app.

Not only used for toll payment, but JakCard can be also used to pay public transport, such as Transjakarta, MRT, and LRT. JakCard can be also used as an entrance ticket to tourist areas, such as National Monument, Fine Arts and Ceramics Museum, Ragunan Zoo, Sport Centers, and Ancol.

Jasamarga Metropolitan Toll Road Marketing and Communication Department Head, Irra Susiyanti stated, Toll Road Business Entities (BUJT) such as PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk., PT. Marga Lingkar Jakarta, PT. Jakarta Lingkar Baratsatu and PT. Hutama Karya are preparing and ensuring the payment support facilities and infrastructure to operate well.

"We always ensure the payment support facilities and infrastructure are functioning properly," she asserted.
