The sudden inspection held together by Health Ministry, Manpower and Transportation Ministry, Indonesia Health Manpower Assembly, and also the South Jakarta Immigration side that targeted the permission and TKWNA.

According to Kurnianto, for Sinong C clinic at Grand Wijaya Shopping Complex, and East West Medika at Dharmawangsa Square have the permit. While Clinic 'M' is given chance to manage the permit.
"The main problem is utilize the TKWNA without permit. We give Clinic M chance to manage the permit, if stubborn, it will also be reported to the police," he added.
Head of South Jakarta Class 1 Imigration Office, Yudi Kurniadi said, there are 3 TKWNA who proven do the abuse of resident permit. They are Kim Seok Hyun (46) South Korea citizen who have permit as President Director of PT Sinnong C, but double as acupuncturist, Jeonghan Kim (49) South Korea citizen who has the permit as Marketing Director of PT Recell 37, but instead becomes dermatology specialist in Clinic M, and Elton Chun Hong (39) Australia citizen who stays as quality control at PT East West Medika, but double as physiotherapist.
"They violated the Act No. 6/2011 Section 122 letter a to the alleged abuse or engage in activities that are not consistent with the intent and purpose of residence permits granted. All of them shall be sentenced to a maximum of 5 years imprisonment and a maximum fine of Rp 500 million," he said.
