“The mentality of Indonesian youth must continuously be built, so they would become youth that are superior, competence, and competitive,” stated Basuki when being Ceremony Inspector at the Youth Pledge Ceremony at IRTI Field Monas, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (10/28).
Moreover, Basuki assessed that the mental revolution proclaimed by Indonesia President Joko Widodo is very relevant to be applied to face the ASEAN Community.

In the ceremony themed ‘Build Solidarity of Advance and Sustainable Youth’, Basuki also asks his ranks to be optimal in serving the citizens.
“The theme contains a message that the government is trying to make the youth play their roles optimally as the unifier of the nation unity,” he said.
