Acting Jakarta Governor Basuki T Purnama instructs all mayors as well as sub-district and urban village heads to routinely hold communal work by cleaning up drains and gutters in every neighborhood. Basuki asks the officials to cooperate with the citizens in anticipating flood. He also wants the citizens to be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of drains and gutters in their settlements.
