1,501 PSBB Violators in East Jakarta Netted

From that number, 1,483 are sanctioned with social work and 18 others must pay fines with a total of Rp 5,650,000

The East Jakarta Satpol PP has noted that as many as 1,501 violators have been netted after violating the transitional large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) during December 7-11.

"We are routinely conducting the mask operation in East Jakarta area," said East Jakarta Satpol PP Unit Head, Budi Novian, Sunday (12/13).

Sanctions Given to 55 Health Protocols Violators in Cengkareng

From 1,501, 52 were netted at the city level, 96 were from Matraman, 159 were from Pulogadung, 127 were netted from Jatinegara, 336 were netted from Kramat Jati.

Then 139 were from Pasar Rebo, 111 were from Cakung, 146 were from Duren Sawit, 118 were from Ciracas, 93 were from Makasar and 124 were from Cipayung.

"From that number, 1,483 are sanctioned with social work and 18 others must pay fines with a total of Rp 5,650,000," he explained.

Aside that, his party also took action against business owners/managers who violate rules, starting from food/drink stalls, restaurants, industry and hotels in the form of temporary closure for 1x24 hours.

In detailed, three restaurants that violated the rules were given sanctions for temporary closure, and 84 other business places were monitored but no violations were found.

Then one office was temporarily closed for 3x24 hours and 76 offices and other industries that were monitored were not found to have any violations.

"For the monitoring results of hotels, there has not been any violation found. Nevertheless, we will continue to monitor PSBB with cross-sectors," he stated.
