Until December 12, Thousand Island KPKP Has Given Rabies Vaccination to 1,509 Animals

From January to December 15, Thousand Islands Maritime Agriculture and Food Security (KPKP) Sub-agency vaccinated 1,509 animals with the potential to transmit rabies.

Thousand Islands KPKP Sub-agency's Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Section Head, Guyantoro stated, rabies vaccination was carried out to maintain free rabies predicate in Jakarta.

"We have exceeded this year's target of 1,500 animals," he mentioned, Wednesday (12/16).

196 Pets Vaccinated in Kebon Baru Urban Village

According to him, this free rabies vaccination was provided for residents' pets throughout 12 islands in 6 sub-districts of Thousand Islands.

"We carry out rabies vaccination in Panggang Island, Pramuka Island, Gosong Island, Kelapa Dua Island, Sebira Island, Harapan Island, Kelapa Island, Pari Island, Untung Jawa Island, Kelor Island, and Semut Besar Island," he informed.
