PD PAL Jaya now has a Laboratory Management Information System (SIMLAB) application for its customers to register and track the results of their domestic wastewater samples.

PD PAL Jaya Acting Director Hidayat Sigit Suryanto expressed SIMLAB is a new application launched two weeks ago. It was expected to be accessible easily to get services related to PD PAL Jaya's wastewater laboratory. Moreover it also facilitated communication between customers and PD PAL Jaya, regarding lab test results.

"We'll use a digital system, to make it easier for customers, besides this system will also reduce paper usage. It has been socialized since December 18," he expressed, Wednesday (12/23).

He explained that people could access it effectively starting January 2021. They may even check their wastewater online through the website, simlab-pdpal.pas Solusi.com.

"Hopefully it is capable of helping and facilitating people in reviewing the quality of wastewater at each site. Usually, every day, 100 customers come to test samples, but specifically on this website only 50 percent, as not all customers know. Effective next year , "he explained.

To use this application, it is quite easy, customers just need to go to the PD PAL Jaya website, then select the SIMLAB feature. For new customers, select registration, then for old customers, just enter the customer number.

"They may also opt for lab service samples delivered by themselves or taken by PD PAL Jaya. But for samples delivered by themselves, PD PAL Jaya is not responsible for the quality of the samples during delivery to PD PAL Jaya," he continued.

For its process, it certainly takes time. After completing the agreement, customers can see directly through the application, and can immediately take the form of certification.

"So far we have made cooperation with the Environment Agency," he closed.
