Due to illegal parking, around 23 vehicles were netted by the South Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency officers, on Monday (1/4). Seven of them had to be towed.

South Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency Head Budi Setiawan said, the operation focused on 11 roads in seven sub-districts, namely Jalan Kapten Tendean, Metro Kencana, Ciledug Raya, Taman Setiabudi II, KH. Abd. Syafei, Rc. Veteran Raya, AMD VIII, UI access road, Kalibata City, DPR Raya and Jalan MT. Haryono.

"They are netted after parking on the sidewalk and roadside," he expressed.

Of 23 vehicles, 7 were towed, 8 were flattened and 8 were sanctioned with a dossier (BAP).

"It is done to give them deterrent effect," he said.
