Here are Cilincing Health Center's Efforts in Handling COVID-19

Cilincing Sub-district Health Center (Puskesmas) continues to make various efforts to anticipate COVID-19 transmission in the region. Collaboration with all parties, including residents, have proven to be the key in handling COVID-19.

We thank all parties for good cooperation so far

Cilincing Sub-district Puskesmas Head, Edison Syahputra conveyed, currently Cilincing Sub-district has entered green zone for COVID-19 due to cooperation from all parties, especially COVID-19 Task Force and residents who have faced the pandemic in the past year.

"We thank all parties for good cooperation so far, thus no new cases of COVID-19 in Cilincing Sub-district," he stated, Tuesday (1/26).

In handling COVID-19, his side applied preventive-detection-response method which assisted by COVID-19 Task Force and local residents. It was carried out by making educational videos about disinfection and how to increase immunity, then share it through PKC Cilincing youtube. As well as massively disseminate health information to the residents via WhatsApp.

His side also makes disinfectant liquid and hand sanitizer routinely and distributes it across sectors, including worship places, and coordinates with the three pillars in tracing positive cases and handling the monitoring and referral cases.

Although currently Cilincing Sub-district has entered green zone of COVID-19, he continued, residents must always be careful and be more disciplined in implementing health protocols.

"It is our task to overcome COVID-19. As health workers, we continue to innovate in order to curb COVID-19 transmission, especially in Cilincing Sub-district. Not only implementing health protocols, but we hope residents can maintain their immunity and disinfect their environment as a precaution," he said.
