BPBD Ensures Inundation and Flooding in All Regions Have Receded

Based on data from Jakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) on Wednesday (2/10) afternoon, all areas affected by inundation and flooding have receded.

However, personnel remain on standby

Jakarta BPBD Acting Head (Plt), Sabdo Kurnianto said, residents who evacuated due to inundation and flooding could return home.

"It is confirmed that currently inundation has receded in all regions. However, personnel remain on standby, including mobile pumps by Water Resources (SDA) Agency and urban village PPSU personnel," he informed, as quoted from Jakarta PPID Press Release.

Floods Start to Recede, Mud and Waste in Balekambang Cleaned

Previously, his side has cleaned the houses and neighborhoods affected by inundation and flooding with assistance from Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) team, urban village PPSU, and local residents. His side ensured the condition is now safe and clean for residents to return to their homes.
